I was born and raised in Jacksonville. Mostly, I would rather eat at home than eat out. I enjoy foods where I can taste the ingredients. I like spicy foods. My best meal ever was a dim sum lunch while on a business trip to Taipei. I have eaten blow fish and whale at a sushi restaurant near the fish market in Tokyo, reindeer at the Theater Restaurant in Oslo and have been trying to find a restaurant in Hamburg where I had fabulous herring. I created this blog and will serve as its first moderator.
